Wood and moss textures

I own all DLC for Space Engineers, all of it is installed. But I can't use the moss or wood textures for armour blocks. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah, that's completely fabricated. If you note, the only free extras that aren't showing up are related to the Style pack. Wood and Moss, Guile suit and whatever the other one is. The extras for the other packs have shown up just fine.
And if you look at the icons next to the wood and moss skins, they are incorrectly tagged as economy dlc instead of style dlc. Meaning they screwed up and it needs a patch.

I don't have any of the extras for any of the dlc and I have tbought all dlc, apart from economy. You forgot the gold armour skins too. And where are these icons you refer to, to show they 'screwed up'? I like to call it a mishap from working so hard...

The icons are right in the paint menu, impossible to miss and impossible to blame on Steam.
Furthermore, no one has actually provided a source for claims about soooo many dlc downloads or any other junk, when asked to by golly, well they heard it from a friend of a friends mother who knows a guy who works for Steam or some such nonsense.
Finally Keens own people have indicated it's a screw up on their end via spokemen such as Dan2D3D as indicated above.
I'm able to use the gold block, which comes with the SE Dexlue version, not any of the regular DLC drops, and most people who have complained about not having it don't have the Dexlue version of the game. Though it may be more widespread.
