How to buy hydrogen/gas for your ship?

In the new economy update, how do you buy gas from a station that sells it so that it fuels your ship?
When I buy hydrogen as of now it only fuels my jetpack.

You need to dock your ship tp connector, have connector on your side have a connection to empty gas tank (H2 or O2), and then select your vehicle and your tank in store interfece (at right side)

i have not tried it
i just played around on one station
and i think u can switch between your inventory and the ship inventory when u buy/sell

Well of cource I have tried that but it doesn't show my ship in the interface

Then it isn't connected. The connectors in the trading stations disconnect automatically after 15 mins so maybe that's what happened if you had docked earlier? Just go to your ship and hit "P" to reconnect. The connectors need to be green so that the inventories are connected. Then you can choose your ship in the store interface.

Pal, I have tried that for sure and lots of other things. Want me to record when I do it?

If you're connected and it still doesn't work that sounds like a glitch. Reload?

Happened several times on one or two servers.

It's a Keen server so I would believe they have restarted several time between the times I tried

Okay, so finally I managed to access ship inventory when trying with a different ship. The original ship never worked again, though.
Also, I had turned off experimental mode (but server has never been in experimental) and tried once with the original ship first but unsuccesful

The ship you try to trade using *HAS* to be owned by you, personally, not just a faction owned craft. If someone else put down some of the parts on your craft, there may be issues with ownership.

I've not encountered the issue myself yet, but I imagine that some folks I play with will run into it sooner or later, as I'm the one who built/operate the large ship printing facility that everyone's using to build their designs. *makes a note to start checking ships and transferring ownership*

Make sure you have trading enabled on the connector you're using to dock to the station

Excuse me, my ship is connected to port, trading enabled, can find it in the inventory right side, my question is, what item is the hydrogen? I can't seem to find the Hydrogen on the store, or don't know where to press to find it, only have buy and sell options, and in buy i have vehicles and items.
