Solution use only one GPU
1. Uninstall your nvidia drivers
2. Don't let the computer restart right away and open up your device manager
3. Find your listed display adaptor in the devices and right click uninstall device
4. in the pop up that comes up you will see a check box that says " Delete the driver software for this device " check that box then click uninstall
5. Shutdown the computer ( don't restart it ) then start it up again.
6. Allow some time for windows to install its own drivers then restart the system.
7. Install the latest GPU drivers for your graphics card found here: https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/103610/en-us
8. Once installed shut down the computer ( again not a restart ) then boot back up.
9. Try running SE and reporting back with any further issues.
The fix DX11 I have 2 Monitors and 2 Cables were plugged into the GPU card, Awhile ago I had to unplug one monitor due to power issues when running a different game, but even with one monitor unplugged SE worked fine until the "new economy update, after done playing went to change outfit, Then the next day got these errors."
For the error of the Assertion Failed I did come across the Updated to windows 10: Remove the %appdata% SE folder and launch the game, make a save, and make a blueprint then transfer over but I did ignore it due to I upgraded to win 10 about 3 months ago and never encounter this problem. I know shame on me.
Still thanks for all the help!!! and I hope this helps others!!!
good to hear, when doing an upgrade from windows 7 to 10 it is always advisable to remove the old drivers ( and by this i don't mean just the likes of Nvidia or AMD ones but windows ones also ) as they are not always compatible.
If you find you are having more problems with the upgraded windows in the future I would suggest a clean install of the operating system to avoid further problems, you can do this with the Media Creation Tool that Microsoft provide ( found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 ) you can create a USB or DVD for installation.
Happy engineering.
