Because that will create Cloud Blueprints, it is not made to save and will give problems if it is enabled for no reasons.
In-game option "Steam cloud =
Must have 2 PCs with the same Steam account to use this option so all new created saves will be transfered to your second PC.
> If you want to save your creations = The Workshop is the Cloud where it saves.
You will have to disable this option (if it was ON) and redo all your Blueprints to create new and LOCAL ones cause only those can be edited and published.
that I recommend to delete, well if you see the same thing as I > 0.000 MB
It happened to me and got publishing/upload problems where I was not able to publish one of my creations and deleting those "Ghost items" from my Workshop fixed the problem.
Also make sure you play with Steam online to see and use all Mods, too.
Or a massive amount of time when you have so many like me.

50 sec. just the first time I open the Bp screen and load in 1 sec. after that first time.
This option is OFF by default and can be found in the first game menu, click the "Options" button and click "Game" <= I think it is in this one, make sure it is disabled so not checked.

Keep Steam online, load a creative world, hit the "F10 key and wait at least 60 seconds for all to load if you have a lot and you should see all yours and the Workshop ones in the first list showing up on screen (left side of the Bp screen)
Looking at your Workshop in your Steam profile I have notice 2 hidden Workshop items you published but they are empty so 0 MB
Because that is what it is made for.
Was the in-game Steam cloud enabled?
