If all on the same grid = double check all conveyors one at a time cause one my not be completed.
Agreed, probably a not complete section of conveyor. Just because it LOOKS complete
... One section may still lack a few components. I have been caught myself this way in the past.

Some members have reported that when they build Large block ship too close to the soil (Voxel)
= It get stock and nothing can be done to convert to ship from the grid terminal.
I always create my large ship on the landing Pad of my station and I start by placing a landing gear to build the ship on it.
1 - Delete the "Bugged" ship using Ctrl+X (that will place it in the clipboard)
2 - Go to space (no gravity) and hit Ctrl+V to paste your ship that is in the clipboard.
3 - Enter the ship control seat, go to "Info" Tab of its terminal and convert to ship.
That will fix the problem so paste it back on the planet and desable creative.
OP: I assume you had the ship and base as connected, removed a connecting block, and now want them to reconnect? Typically if that is something you want to regularly do, you would go with a Connector block on each end of the conveyors. If your looking for something a little more Rigid, you need to use Merge Blocks.
This has happened to me a few times.
To test it just grind down that junction and rebuild it making sure you place it on the angled tube on the right. Then add a tube to the junction going <---that--- way and another junction on the end of that one piece of tube.
Tube won't turn green unless it's between 2 junctions or cargo blocks.
If it does seal and turn green that's what it is - that junction block was on the platform, not attached to the tubing.
Green - Fully built, connected at both ends
Yellow - Fully built, NOT connected at both ends (Requires that both blocks that the tubing links to are fully built and ports matched up)
Red - No power. Not functional
Black/Grey - NOT fully built, or damaged. Not functional
As for the OP, it could be that the conveyor junction at either end isn't fully functional for some reason, which would prevent things from flowing through that block. Apply welder as needed.
EDIT: Correction: The 2 junctions close up are fine, as the tubes are green between them. The cargo container that the yellow section links to seems to be the problem.
I figured it out once I found out about pistons. I've also ended up converting my spaceship into a hovercraft.
thats what i see too, it looks like there is no conveyor port
