If it is a blueprint, changing all the armour blocks from light to heavy is actually relatively trivial. Delete the bp.sbcB5 protobuffer file from the blueprint (assuming the bp was made in the current version - if it's a much older bp this will be absent) then open the bp.sbc in your usual text editor, and do a search and replace operation...
replace all instances of <SubtypeName>LargeBlockArmorBlock
with <SubtypeName>LargeHeavyBlockArmorBlock
save and exit... job done ^.^ (standard precautions apply - take a backup copy first ;)
What if i want to do this to a structure within a save, so i can continue to update its blueprint on my workshop?
Another kind member is maintaining a new SEToobox that a lot are using already, it may not be up to date cause I think he will update with the next major game update
Not sure if he updated it but you may try and he will surely update soon if not uptodate.

Usually the OP (You) hit the report Flag and ask me to lock or I lock because too much of community reports about "Necroing" old dead discussion.
I can lock if you want me to!
I prefer to keep only the discussions with the current month date to add to my monthly report to the SE Team.
