Can you upload the world with the list of mods? I can take a look for you, though I prefer vanilla so if there's too many mods then maybe not.
Sadly screens may not help as much, but it can at least give me/ us an idea of the design. A decent place to start.
To upload the world:
Launch Space Engineers
1) Go to main menu, click "Load World"
2) Select a world you want to publish
3) Click "Publish"
4) Wait until the world gets uploaded
5) Steam Overlay will open up and you can verify if everything is ok, set visibility, title, etc.
6) From this moment, everyone in the community can subscribe to your world, download it and play it
If not possible then as few mods as you can as I'd rather avoid a laundry list of mods to add to the list of potential causes (I'll test without mods first anyways, and rebuild the grids if needed).

First thing to do when playing with Mods =
1 - Create a new NO Mods world, load and test to see if it is a Mod problem or a game problem.
2 - Create a copy of your save by changing the save name using the "Save as" feature.
3 - Withdraw all Mods in that copy (one at a time), load and test.
4 - Report to the Mod author when the Mod causing this problem is found, well if it is a Mod problem.
Edit
Sorry I made some corrections up there
Landing gear lock is not allowed by default in the Safe Zone block options so double check the settngs or do this outside of the Safe Zone.
