Everything is vanilla, i´m pretty new let´s say. SP StarSystem on the Earth.
And it was Shift+F11 ( My first time using this ).
It seems that a server / game restart fixes it but it appears again after a while ( don´t know what´s triggering it ).

(Sim speed as in the picture)
I´ll check the sim speed when it appears again.
For me, it seems that this problem/bug occurs the longer you play without restarting the server/game and the more other performance issues appeared like "too many blocks in the world" or "too many blocks interacting with each other". Sim speed don´t seems to be important.
If the problem occurs, it´s fairly impossible to jump from block to block or to land with your jetpack without completely holding still before you land. Otherwise you just glide away.
Restart fixes it.
I'll try to dismount my old base and see what'll happen, maybe there's too much stuff built... but then again, that would make little sense
