Yeah, spoon, that's the problem with this game. The devs often change the keys. Most of the "how to" videos are old and therefore are not as much help.
But just knowing that some key brings up those options will permit you to know that you are trying to do the right thing at the right time and then trial and error will eventually lead you to the correct keys.
