Disarming warheads on Pirate Base Large mk2

How do I disable the warheads in the ore processing, command center, and salvage station? And what causes enemies to stop spawning from it?

Found 2 ways.
First is to find the timer blocks nearby and deconstruct/reconstruct and reconfigure, or to destroy them. They are linked up to receive signals from sensors placed on the warheads. They then send a signal to the warhead to blow it up.
Second is to shoot the sensors that are mounted on the warheads.
