Ores Losing Texture

Occasionally while mining, ores will lose texture. When this happens, every ore type changes to a uniform shiny gray color. This appears to only happen when looking a certain angles.

when you get a bunch of free chunks laying around or does it matter?

Exactly. The ore chunks occasionally lose texture. The veins themselves always look normal

played a bit earlier to see i was getting that and they looked ok. only issue i noticed is some of the rocks do a weird stutter warp against each other now and if you are close enough to them when it happens you get hit. but didn't see any texture problems.

This isn't really a huge issue, just something I thought would be good to point out.

looks like ice chunks, even has the ice reflection, stone doesn't do that.

That's exactly the problem. I mined stone. When I hover over it, it says "stone". When I pick it up, I pick up stone. The only thing that is wrong is the way it looks

have tried checking file integrity, or maybe a mod messed something up.
