How do I make weapons fire by keyboard buttons?

Not that way, I mean connect them, to let's say, Mouse 1 or some other non-number key.

Put the weapon on a toolbar slot. Then, bind the desired key to that slot.

ehh.... if you want to have left click toggle it, set all the weapon blocks to a group and put the group into your toolbar, press the button to turn on and off

if you want left-to-fire, go into your toolbar configuration screen, go to the Weapons tab and drag the weapon category wherever it is you want it, select with the button and left click to fire.
