Yes, although its probably better to make a blueprint of the Crashed Red Ship and paste it into a map with planets like Star System.
solar system if you want more than one planet or habitable world if you just want the earth like one - they both start you with nothing but an atmo lander but as casual sailor said dropping big red from the sky and seeing what you can salvagge might be funner.

I could share this with you,
for survival I prefer to play in asteroids worlds with the Yellow ship.
On planets I prefer to create my scenario in creative before playing survival.
Add one planet to your world by switching to creative mode, load the world, hit Shift+F10 to spawn a planet in.
The Yellow ship is available in the Respawnship window in all worlds, tho the respawnship option must be enabled from the world advanced settings.
Just load any world with respawn ships enabled and you will be able to select it in survival starting a world.
