i like how they removed intel hd XXXX but failed to say they arent actually compatible with the game lol.
also they didnt change the dx version needs to play the game which is dx 11.2 by their words altho im pretty sure many have said it was dx11.3, and them claiming win 7 for the os yet win 7 doesnt support anything past dx 11.
also noticed it doesnt say win 7 and up, it strictly says win 7? did they just remove win 10 all together? lol
i think they gave up saying they are trying to fix any issues with win 7 not being compatible with their version of dx 11.2/3, and gave up on win 10, also gave up on any integrated gpu's period -_-.

DX 11.X is still 11.
The minimum says Intel 7thgen or higher, yet the recommnded just states quad core i5, but no generation. Could be called out as misleading, I would recommend it at least say which generation.
I would like to add though, I'm using a 4th gen i7, 4770k, and works just fine, at least a few weeks ago before a windows insider update came out and broke something that SE uses at launch. GPU: MSI Nvidia 1080. If my performance struggles, it's when a timer is running that triggers itself, then my sim dips to around 0.80s.
no dx11.2-11.3 is not just dx 11, nor does win 7 support anything past dx11, you may want to do some research and learn whats what.
None of the gaming-class ones are, but Kaby Lake includes plenty of crappy low-end chips for the budget gamer without a clue:
