Batteries charging from nothing in creative mode.

I was trying to mess around with batteries and a solar panel aray in creative mode but the batteries were charging in seconds regardless of power input or not. I don't know if there is a way to disable the feature in creative or not and its kinda frustrating. SOMEONE HELP ME!

I think is not possible
but, you can change to Survival and then turn on Creative Tools ingame ALT+F10

its not possible but like spets said do it in survival with the creative tool

For testing survival features, instead of going creative, go survival with creative tools activated (alt+F10 menu)

So you can still build like you do in creative and have infinite jetpack, but everything else is simulated as survival.

This. Keep your creative world if you want. Do a save as and covert that to Survival for testing then go back to your Creative word to continue building. I find the Creative tools in Surivival sufficiently different from Creative mode to be a hinderance.
