The current version works fine normally, it's probably your install or you've done something weird or try to play on a modern Macintosh machine

It's easier for people to help you if you ask properly for help in the support channel on the Discord server

I tried on linux Kubuntu the old launchers the new and different versions all not working out of the box and giving weird error messages.

I dont care if ti runs on windoof
But I have written bug reports on github

Bro, Look at what it says in there. You have no java path defined, as if you didn't even have java installed. Theres your issue.
