Node.dll + Controller question
I played the game for a couple mins, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ around wondering what I'm supposed to do, crashed, and I can't start the launcher anymore, and get an error saying node.dll is missing. Something similar to this has happened with other games like Brogue. (libtcod-mingw.dll missing on that one) This is a huge problem.

Also, the controls are super awkward for me, and I'm not seeing any controller support.

One more question, why the hell are they charging $15 on steam when it's completely free here? http://www.star-made.org/download Is the steam version more updated? Or did they just abandon the free thing?

to the dll problem i cant say something. never read it becore. Looks like a userside problem.

Perhaps the support can say more. So pls write a ticket to support :

the controller support is not optimal atm. play with keyboard and mouse is much easier.

When you know the steamshopsite you know the answer. All stands on shopsite

"Try out the full game for free in Alpha!

We are currently offering the full version of the game for free on our demo. This will be throughout Alpha as we believe a user wanting to purchase an open alpha game, should get to try out and test the current full state of the game first. We also need as many testers as possible, your reports, feedback and input is invaluable!

So... why should you purchase the game if it's currently free?

Support the developers!
Purchased users will still have access to the latest updates when the demo stops being supported/updated in beta.
Get it cheaper! As more features are added, the price will progressively increase. This will benefit those who supported the game earlier.
We're adding upgraded only features to our Registry system, this will not directly affect any game features, however, it will give more access online. For example, blueprint hosting and multiple skin uploads for selection.

What are you waiting for? Click that demo button, and try out the full game for free!"

so the demo is the full game and steam and homepage version is the same.

So the homepage is just the Alpha demo? ♥♥♥♥, okay, btw, I think I fixed the dll issue. I just have to extract the files again for some reason and launch from the file, not Desktop, sadly this doesn't work with Brogue. Rest easy little Broguer
