and both were already implemented with mods..
The collection only adds official controller support.
And brings back some maps that were locked to the original console releases,
Both of which of course were added thanks to mods for the original game for years, but to each their own.
Starwars Battlefront 2 2005 had 64 players server since 2017, I can't promise you would've found a group playing on said servers nowadays but they are there.
Remind me where I can find splitscreen for the original on PC
Didn't even mention expanded Hero Assault or two added characters which was mentioned on the store page

It's just kind of a pain to get set up. Part of why I was so excited for the Classic Collection. But it's a complete let down with the fact that both players need a controller. Rather than having one player on a controller and the other on keyboard or even two keyboards.
