Since launch, Shape of Dreams has received far more love than we ever expected. We are carefully reviewing your gameplay experiences and valuable suggestions. To show our appreciation, we have prepared this April bug fix patch to ensure a smoother and more stable adventure.

• Omen of Pain no longer appears in the first world.

• Omen of Pain no longer completely blocks the path to the boss.

• Fixed a bug where the dodge-related bonus provided by Corrupted Chaos was occasionally not applied.

• Fixed a bug where stars dealing extra damage to shields did not affect Mirage Skin or other shields.

• To resolve issues with virtual controller malfunctions, the controller/PC input conflict message has been re-added, but it will no longer be displayed during a run.

• Fixed a bug where Essence of Mortality had an unintended, significant impact on scores.

• Fixed a bug where purchasing Costumes in the lobby would occasionally consume Stardust without completing the purchase.

• Fixed a bug where emotes could occasionally not be edited in the lobby.

• Fixed a bug where the basic attack immediately following a dash while using Shell's Annihilation Stance would occasionally miss.

• Fixed a bug where the Japanese and Chinese tutorials would stall during the scene where the Hunter appears.

• Fixed an issue where performance dropped significantly on certain devices, including the Steam Deck, since the last update.

• Updating created mods will no longer reset the mod visibility setting to "Hidden."

• Fixed a bug when using a controller where Essence would occasionally move to an invisible slot and disappear.

• Fixed a bug in co-op games where the Corrupted Chaos window would close automatically.

• Fixed a bug in co-op games where certain Costumes would obstruct other players' views.

• Improved various translated texts.
