*Update* patch 3.028.1 b
As you have noticed today we released a new patch for Assault Squad 2.

It is the largest patch since Early Access and it includes the new multiplayer quant manager. You will notice it by the lack of any FPS locks in multiplayer and more than double the FPS on average. The work on it is not yet completed, so if you experience issues like heavy lag or out of sync errors, it will be of great help if you report them to us.

Lastly the session list bug has been fixed as well and you can see the online popularity now.

I have the same problems

the game engine is the bottleneck !

Not sure...I also play Rome II Total War without any problems, get a bit of lag when fight with 2 full army stacks, etc. But as with that game, it is the Higher Spec machines that seem to suffer (check out their forum it may give you some clues or ideas).

Broken game for me. All saved games are incompatible and cannot be loaded and no mission appears to load anymore. Hope we can get a fix soon...

If you started those missions on patch that came out yesterday then you can change version number in "status" file for each game save to current one(notepad would work just remember not to give file any extension), if its save since patch yesterday it should work fine loading it then.

I only played for 3 hours MP since the last patch, but of 7 games, I never got to end up a game correctly (OOS errors, crashes of Host). Before the patch, the ratio was about 1 game with problems for 1 game going OK (3vs3, 2vs2, 4vs4) on lowest bandwidth and lowered graphics config. The current state of things is unfortunately quite unplayable (2P skirmish was ok though). I hope that everything will be ok soon ;). Btw, is the release actually planned for 20th of april?
