i6 oil not fill

at the beginning of the game I filled the i4 with oil according to the instructions, assembled a new i6 engine, but I couldn’t fill it with oil; this is already 63%

New to the game few questions

Hey guys new here. I have a couple of questions. So I just bought the Subaru and the engine in it is in rough shape. Is there a way to fix the engine? If not does anyone know how to get a new one? I can't find one anywhere. Did I just waste 7500 dollars buying this car?...
