This is what I was hoping for...

...when I tried Fences, and was thoroughly disappointed. CooDesker is exactly what I wanted: ☑ Light and Simple ☑ No maintenance ☑ Zero performance impact ☑ Icons stay where you put them ☑ Dynamic shortcut collection ☑ Autohide with peek ☑ Adjusts with resolution ☑ Won't steal focus from other windows or games My only caveat was a windows menu glitch, which is now fixed in v2.1.0.1....

Righ click >share : doesn't work

Coodesker is great, but on windows 11, it changes the windows 11 right click menu, to the old classic right click menu. There's no way to keep the new Win 11 style right click menu. When right clicking on a desktop icon, and using the (nearby) share option, the share windows doesn't show up....
