Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector Bug Reporting Thread

Hey everybody.

We'll be closely monitoring our communications for bug reports. If you encounter any issues or experience a bug, please consider reporting details of your encounter in this Steam thread.

When making a report please include the following details whenever possible:
- Platform
- Build version (found on the main menu)
- Reproduction Steps
- What happened
- Expected behavior (what should have happened!)
- Any documentation (e.g. screenshots) are helpful but not necessary

I can't paste screenshots, but (spoilers for something that happens at the Gate) When you go to the Gate and meet Juni again, she says "But after what you did, you have to help me. You owe me." On the hex station I didn't go on the mission with Juni, so I have no idea what she means (I saved up the credits). I assume she tries to betray you and you end up leaving her behind or something? I genuinely have no idea, but her text seems to assume we have a history beyond the first meeting where she says "hey the guy told me to join your crew for this mission" even when you didn't go on the mission

Just to add to my last comment, she also says a ton of other stuff that makes no sense. e.g "We have not been kind to each other, I think you can agree" I cannot agree I do not know this woman.

Spoilers for an interaction that happens in the Scatteryards Juni just informed me about a Solheim Bunker on Holm's that I've already found. The drive says "Find Juni's Bunker", I already found it. I would expect some dialog like "I found that already" like in some other games.

Will look into the ones with her reactions above, but she means a different bunker to the facility! There’s a contract starting a Holm’s Rock for you to do.

Fun one was able to travel back to wellspring and almost got stuck there - happened when I traveled from greenbelt - thought I had hard blocked my run but got lucky found another glitch back out

After the episode where we return to Darkside for the first time with Marko and meet Ankhita, all the destinations I need to go to in order to progress the quest require an item to pass through the asteroid fields. I know I already completed a quest related to Seraphin's sister where I had access to this item to complete a mission. However, right now I literally can't go anywhere to advance the story; I'm stuck and I feel like I should already have access to the equipment that allows me to pass through the debris fields... I'm on PC, Windows 11, version 1.1.19

- Reproduction Steps: Take Bliss on the drive to repair Alma's ship . Though I assume this could happen with any crew-mate.
- What happened: No dice rolled for Bliss so they were unusable. This was as soon as I arrived so not locked out due to stress. Ending the cycle didn't fix it. I had to quit to main menu and reload and it rolled them then.
- Expected behaviour: I think they were supposed to have their dice available from the get go.

Same thing happened to me except I took her on the mission and went along with all her demands (as I'd done in the demo!), but I did fail to escape before Laine finds me again so I'm guessing there's a flag that didn't trigger because it would be flagged on successful completion of that part?

It's a bit jarring that she's hella rude to me when I acceded to anything she asked and sympathized with her cause.

Not quite understanding this--it is impossible to get to the scatteryards without the HazNav upgrade. Are you saying that after you returned from the "Darkside Recon" job you no longer had the HazNav? A screenshot of your map screen showing your inability to progress would be helpful.

Can you explain how you were able to travel back to Wellspring? Greenbelt is on the other side of the map.... not sure how this could happen. More detail would be appreciated!

Apologies for Juni's rudeness, this is now fixed in an upcoming patch. She will soon be nice to you again, and don't worry, her temporary rudeness does not affect her story going forward!

Also something that happened on Helion Gate, not sure how reproducible this is: failed a "Track Cables" task with Yu-Jin, got +1 stress / +1 conway alert displayed, but in effect, the conway alert tracker hasn't moved, while Yu-Jin has taken +2 stress

EDIT: Juni also seems to have taken +2 stress, that mission is going to hell in a handbasket!

EDIT: same task, Yu-Jin again, took +2 stress, only resulted in +1 stress for him, nothing else apparent. Could be that the "+2 stress" is a display glitch? He now shows as having 3 stress which is the proper number.

Hello. Was at the point where Marko and Serafin initiate the plan to confront Laine. Bliss was in the crew. Kadet was my extra crewmate. I had been through all points up to Wellspring in the belt. I had found where Luz was but was unable to get her out before Laine appeared. However, I am now literally stuck unable to continue. I am unable to end a cycle because it says a time sensitive contract is active. However, I am unable to use the map because it says Serafin is unavailable and that without a pilot, I can't go anywhere. My dice are all used up for the day.

Also an additional bug - When I reached Wellspring, there was no Laine countdown timer. There is also none on where I currently am/

Please advise if I am able to continue this run or if I have to start a fresh one.

Hi, this seems like a very unusual series of events. Are you saying that Laine found you on Wellspring? It shouldn’t be possible as (you noted) the clock doesn’t show there as the asteroid is out of his range.

Can you recall if the Hunt clock was showing when you first visited Wellspring (before you were caught)
