I'm trying to get into the ducts around the lobby but cannot for the life of me find the entrance! Could anyone help me out?

And is it possible to adjust the difficulty? Thank you

I thought there was a soundtrack for the game? The introduction and the battle music is completely silent. There's only a few songs for some areas and like.... 2 battles.

First, you want to gain party members early on. It makes the game much easier. The Drowned Waiter is the fastest since you get him immediately upon spawning back in the bathroom, you can also get an easy one by going past the arcade, checking the door on the right, then entering the freezer and finishing it (it probably works both ways tbh.)
