Brand new player: Guide for modded servers?

As title says, ive messed around with the game for a couple hours but never played online. Tiktok showed me all these cool maps with like traffic weaving and backroad drifting but I have no clue how to access any of these servers or vehicles.
In GTAV when you join a server all the mods are downloaded when you join, so im unsure how to go about that with Asseto Corsa. Would someone mind walking me through it?
