G27 force feedback moving/shaking issue
As soon as a race, practice, or time trial starts my G27 moves/shakes very slightly back and forth even when the car is not moving...is anyone else having this problem? It seems like it's a deadzone issue but even when I make the deadzone larger it still does it.

only guessing that you loaded a powerful vehicle and the mere idle causes 'slight' vibration?
G27 here no problems, make sure you have the logitech profiler installed and setup and pointin to acs.exe not the launcher, there is a guide in that section with some tips.

Are you using minimum force of 30%? Because that causes what you described.
Check in the advanced control settings menu, there are FFB sliders (in AC). There is a few canned effects they feed through your wheel, Like Kerb feel, road surface feel, have a play with these, if i remember correctly they are set way to high by default.

Where's the guide and the tips located?

Thanks

If you want some settings since 1.0v

"If you have a G25/27 here is Aris exact settings:
My settings for who wants to try them for Logitech G27
profiler 99% first slider, everything else 0%
ingame options:
Gain 100%
Filter 0%
Damping 10%
Minimum Force 12%
Kerb Effects 40%
Road Effects 20%
Slip Effects 0%"

In profiler you can try both 99 or 100% overrall effects, idk which is better or worse or the same practically.
Then the in-game gain%. I usually use it at 80, and then for some cars I either have to lower or raise in the setup (you'll need to adjust the value in setup everytime you use that car, or save the setup and then load it when you go to the track).

But at first use those exact settings, and tweak the gain % depending if it clips and too strong force feedback. To see if a wheel clips, use the pedals app and when the 4th bar on the right hits a red color, it means there's too much force on the wheel and you lose ffb info, and physical wheel wear. So while driving and taking corners, check that 4th bar on pedals app for clipping, then lower in car setup, or find your standard gain in controls page.

best settings for your ffb gain 80 min force 6% damping 0 filter 0 kerbs 5 road effects 24 slip 15
based on profiler 100-0-0-0-900

these sound like the settings i use on my DFGT.Ive used these for months and they work well imho.
