As a sidenote; 'setups' are more often than not, a personal thing. A great driver may be fast with 'setup X', you give 'setup X' to another great driver and he'll be horribly slow. (Well, maybe not horribly, but he just might not be comfortable with it, so he'll be slower)
What I'm getting at is, you need to setup up your car to suit *your* style as best as possible. And if, and only IF, when you feel like you've done everything you can with the setup and you're still not 'fast enough', you might have to start considering altering how you drive. Which is a lot of work.
When you start getting consistent laptimes, you'll be able to see the car consistently behave in a manner you don't like (Lots of tire squeal and understeer on corner entry, for example) Then, you can adjust your setup to address the issue.
http://www.drivingfast.net/ has a bunch of really good race driving tips that work just fine in AC. Including some flowcharts for making suspension adjustments!
