Logitech Drive FX Racing Wheel no Force Feedback (FFB) SOLVED !!!

Hello,

I have a Logitech Drive FX Racing Wheel but FFB doesnt work in Assetto Corsa, everything else works pretty fine, I have no idea how I can fix this problem. In other games like F1 2014, Grid Autosport the FFB works well and with no problems. It seems that Assetto Corsa can´t support this wheel.

Any ideas to solve this problem ?

Hey buddy....I think you will find that wheel is for XBox 360 only. The only thing I can suggest is to try and configure it in the configuration wizard within Assetto Corsa......If all else fails.......Grab a new wheel. I am currently using a Thrustmaster ....real budget wheel and pedals but have got my mitts on a Logitech G25 that will hopefully arrive this week. Budget wheels and pedals work fine but all wheels and pedals take a little bit of effort to set up within AC but worth it. Hope this helps a little and welcome to the community :)

Thank you very much for your answer! Yes its an old XBOX 360 wheel I tried a lot but nothing helped, it works okay but I am looking at the moment for a new one, can anyone recommend a good mid-range wheel with FFB for Asetto Corsa ?

Works well enough but no force feedback hence the upgrade but to tied you over ...If you have a XBox 360 gamepad then try that......As I said.....whatever wheel/pad you buy, take the time to set it up properly and enjoy the game. Check out forums and AC guides.......It is a great community....as long as you don't slag AC off lol. As a last point.....AC does kick the ass off all other racing games I have played and will certainly give you a challenge.

my old wheel was an logitech driving force ex. this should be the same wheel and it worked fine with assetto.

Hi guys its me again, with the new 1.0.2 update my wheel works very good with FFB. The only think I did was to load the xbox360default settings. I also customized the special xbox 360 settings for my own needs and it works perfect. I hope I can help with my problem ohter AC Fans with an xbox 360 wheel.

Did you find the drivers for the drive fx? And how how did you connected it to the pc? Mine doesn't come with an quick release cable.

How did you set it up?
