95% occupancy with 40 - 60 fps
I know this has been talked to death but I was wondering if anyone else gets the 95% occupancy message then a crash while still maintaining 40 - 60 fps?
Even with settings turned down and having only 10 AI I get the same problem even though the fps are high.

yeah I am planning on getting a cooler and a SSD in next month or so.

I hope it all makes a good deal of difference, I bought this "gaming PC" just before Total War Rome 2 came out and to be honest I didn't really look into the spec as I didn't have a clue and just assumed that for £760 it would be a decent rig but I have been pretty dissapointed with it.

After talking to you guys on here I started doing some research on components etc and Have started to understand it all a bit better. I'm tempted to fit the parts myself but not sure, don't want to muck it up!

Since the update refering to the fps app, my cpu occ with a 24 car field is now around 30-36 points max where before it was running at around 50-65, although I seem to have dropped around 4-5 fps too, anyone else noticed similar effects?

I sometime also got the 95% cpu message, only when I play full AI cars. The problem now I have is hiccup issue. My specs are i7-4790k, R9 280, 8gb ram.

put audio delay to normal, in the menu options.

edit: yes Ceet, latency like you mentioned below.
