The only way to get converted mods from other games is if the original creator updates his mod to this game, or someone else asks permission from him/works in collaboration.
Also, you can't use models that are original content from other games, is also illegal. Majority of the community already knows that and won't use illegal content.
This program converts mods from the same game engine. rfactor and gsce use the same game engine, the ISI motor or so..
Converting from one game to another that uses the same engine is a lot easier than converting to a completely different engine.
Hell, the only reason rF > GSCE works is because they share the same file structure, there is no program to convert between rF and GTR 2, GTL or Race 07, because they use different file structures even though they run on the same engine.
