How can i change keyboard hotkeys?
Exactly like i said, i hope there's a way to do that because i can't find anything

Not sure what you mean by hotkeys, but options>controls. There's tabs for wheel/controller/keyboard and under those are secondary tabs for main controls/secondary etc.

I have a problem with the ABS hotkey, CTRL+A, because of my CTRL key.
So i want to know if is it possible to change this combination of key.
In the controls menu there are no way to change this.

I thought you might be talking about those. Afaik, not possible, at this time. *Maybe* in some .ini-file, but couldn't find it doing a quick look-around.

no there's no way. but if you have wheel maybe you can map certain combo keys to a button from the wheel.

but both your left and right Ctrl are broken? If yes, try with the AltGr key + A or + T etc.

There might be some software out there that'll allow you to do custom keybinds/macros, so that you could, say make it so that your 'numpad 1' would be interpreted as 'ctrl+a' or such. Don't ask me what that program might be, though. Maybe someone else knows of such things.
