F7 cam/ freecam

Since 1.1 I haven't been able to make the F7 cam work.... and is there any way to make the f7 cam move freely with keyboard/mouse?
I'm pretty sure both of those things just needs a simple .ini ajustment in the game folder to work, but I have no idea which one exaclty it is...

open assetto_corsa.ini and put 1 for allow free camera in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg

While you're there you can also enable dev apps if you haven't yet.

Now, is there any way to move around in the f7 cam?

mouse and arrow keys, shift+movement slows it down. If you want a cam to follow the car try F5 (mouse and wasd).
