100% GPU Usage on Ultra Low Settings

Hi all, I haven’t played AC in a while, but I’m getting back into it now. For future reference; I do not have CM, and I am not planning on installing CM, because I am not too serious about racing, just casual for now

I booted up a hotlap session with my already-set medium graphics preset, and my GPU instantly jumped up to a STABLE 100% usage… WTF.

After this, I did some tweaking, and changed ALL of the base game settings to as low as I could, and it was still exactly the same…

I also set my FPS to 80, just to be on the safe side. I can only assume this is a glitch of some sort?

I have a Legion Slim 5 16AHP9 Gaming Laptop, and my specs are the following;

- AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics
- 32GB RAM
- 500GB SSD
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU
- Logitech G920 Steering Wheel and Shifter

go lower fps limit to make sure its a bug and see which gpu is at 100
