I have spent the last 7 hours trying to get traffic mods to work

i have added all correct files from multiple videos from a ton of maps, but every time i get in game, load the traffic menu it says it crash, what do i do, and can anyone direct me to direct downloads? and also tell me where to put the files, as a lot of the videos be outdated! thanks in advance, i really wanna avoid buying carxstreet as this game seems way less DLC

This guide helped me set up traffic for shutoko really easily. Very simple and works great. Lets you set the amount of traffic, their speeds, etc.

There are also other great tracks too that you can add 2 way traffic to like PCH and LA canyons, but they will all have their own unique installation guides so make sure to read the install notes. If you do everything step by step they all just take a few minutes to set up.
