Can i create s server myself?how do i join a game a double click just brings up info on the server and i dont see a join button? :)

Think ill wait for the HOST GAME button!.Id like to just host a race on my pc from the mp section off the game,im guessing that will come later.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmare hosting games i've made about 30 firewall exceptions to every possible port and exe file within the install directory and still get invalid server i give up .

In general:

Go to:
Steam > Library (menu) > Tools > Assetto Corsa Dedicated Server > Install

Then go there:
<Steam folder>\SteamApps\common\Assetto Corsa Dedicated Server\cfg\server_cfg.ini
Change/write down the following settings:
PORT="number"
HTTP_PORT="number"

My ports are higher because ISP blocks lower ports, in my case:
PORT=9600
HTTP_PORT=6080

For the others parameters, use the second link that Raana posted.

On the Windows Firewall allow the following executable:
"<steam folder>\SteamApps\common\Assetto Corsa Dedicated Server\acServer.exe"

If you have a router, forward the ports of the config file to your computer:
PORT is UDP
HTTP_PORT is TCP

I had same problem that I couldn't join my server.
Received cant contact server or something.
Solved it by copying the 2 files in the steam/steamapps/common/assettocorsa/server/cfg to steam/steamapps/common/Assetto Corsa dedicated server/cfg and starting it from that folder.

Guys, I did everything like I should....but acserver.exe says ....attempt failed...can not connect to the lobby....

Ive tried to create a server, and ive opened the ports ive selected in the server program. but it wont let me connect unless i open ALL the ports???
