Does this guide cover both setup for Steering wheel and gamepad users?

it covers the setup for any car, not the input method. Solutions based on this setup guide will have the same impact on both input methods ...

btw great guide to give some insight. I know how to tweak a car and what does what, but your never too old to learn something new ;)

Think of it as "raising" the angle of the wheel (rather than the digit on the setup screen).
0 is completely flat.
+5 is 5 degrees outwards.
-5 is 5 degrees inwards.

The -5 is still a 'higher' angle on the wheel than the 0; but it's leaning in the opposite direction to +5.

now its clear like water thx
I PERSONALLY don't like the idea of car setups. In real life, I'm pretty sure no professional drivers setup their own cars, they tell the guys what the car is doing and what they would like it to do and the mechanics set it up accordingly. Never been a fan of setups. Just give me a car that works on the track I'm at so I can go as fast as possible.

The thing is that 75% of a setup is just about making it comfortable/predictable for the driver.
It's a rather subjective matter until you start working with cars with big wings and gear ratios, etc.

What "works" for some people might not work for others; you can't just provide a blanket setup that appeals to everyone.
The default setups from AC are basically as close to what you're asking for as you can get, in that they're rather 'safe' and a good entry point for less-experienced drivers who don't neccessarily have much finesse in their throttle and brake control.
