Yes, several other games like NFS Shift 2 and DiRT support it, but there's no real vibration or force feedback, so it's a very disconnected experience.
What's it like being able to predict the future?
I may buy it at a later point if it supports the 360 steering wheel, but in its current iteration the game is not worth buying.
There's no point playing a "simulator" if you're using a gamepad or your keyboard. That defeats the whole point of simulation.
It will work fine, but it will work without vibration or FFB, that's not the game's fault, that Microsofts. Stuff doesn't work "by magic", you need software for the vibrations and FFB to actually work in a game, Microsoft doesn't have that required software.

You're acting like it doesn't support ANY wheels, it does support almost EVERY wheel. And it will work with your one, just without FFB or vibrations.
@SeriousSpy
Thanks for the info.
I used to own a Logitech G27 but ended up selling it due to a lack of polished racing sims on PC. Assetto Corsa and Project CARS are two games worth the consideration of buying another G27.
So you missed out on GTR 2, GT Legends, and rFactor (with mods).
I was going to mention GTR2 and GTL, about as polished as it gets, and with lots of very good mods. It's only because AC has even better physics I'm considering abandoning them, they're still heads and shoulders above anything on console when it comes to rewarding realistic treatment of the car.
The only reason I'm not abandoning them is because they have so much more content than AC at the moment. Of course, it'll take a few years before the modding community "matures", so to speak, to the level of GTR and rFactor.
Yes it does. The xbox 360 wheel isn't listed as a wheel in their control options, but you can set it up with the custom wheel settings. There's analogue settings for wheel and pedals. You can set gear shift to the paddles and other options to the buttons, however the d-pad isn't recognised.
There's no vibration/feedback.
You can set the the wheel rotation. There's also a configuration option which advises what degree value to use.
Word of note that the brake and throttle don't work independently(can't brake whilst you use throttle). This doesn't affect competetive racing, but for racers that heel & toe the pedals it might annoy.
Although a different racer, I find the wheel performs much like it does with Forza 3/4/Horizon.
i havant used the wheel for a very long time and it doesn't seem as good as i remember it on forza, but yes both vibration and force feedback does work :)
Pls help.
as mentioned above, there are no drivers for windows which would enable FF on the wheel, so you're not missing anything, its just that it doesnt have FF on windows.
I guess this is too old to reply to, but nvm, going to leave this here:
Heel-toe without a clutch pedal? Wa? :D
