Wow, who can argue with that amazing rhetoric! Yes, I see now, the driving experience between the cars is pretty much equivalent! Despite being very different to drive, they are all the same!
Thank you for pulling the wool off of our eyes!

I could think of many more i'd love to have on Assetto Corsa.
Now, OT:
S40 with a T5 engine and Saab 93 were ones of the nicer FWDs I have had a chance to drive.
Not so much into Opel and VW though, Renault and Peugeot over Citroen anytime.
There's some strange sympathy towards Golfs where I live at, every jerk dreams of one (on par with Calibra).
Dunno why, but it were always rented Citroens that failed to sustain my furious driving. I remember driving a Xantia when I've been working in Sweden. First of all, that ridiculous suspension started crapping out. It should lower itself when parked. A few times it failed to lower either front or rear of the car. I understand the rake increase, the electronics clearly wanted to fine tune towards my knack for racing, but why the other way round ?
In the end, the exhaust collapsed right after the collectors, resulting in a mighty roar that would bring the 599 to shame.
Got it swapped for a 93 and everything was fine from that day on.
Also the 500 is Epic, by far the best car on here. Reminds me of my shopping trips and days having fun in an an insurance friendly car ;). You don't need speed or power to have fun.
I wouldn't mind a Peugeot 205 gti turbo either.
I'm guessing this is the kinda decision they have to make as a developer, and I don't think they made the wrong choices. The majority vote on popularity would go to the super cars in this case. And me personally, I already have a Focus ST that I can drive in the real world, it's not really all that exciting to me even in the real world, atleast not compared to a racing car or a monster car like the Mclaren P1...
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I would not like those cars in the game, but if it comes a choice then I'm definitely not one to choose an everyday road car (albiet with above average power) over something as unique and amazing as a LaFerrari.
People already voted on what cars they wanted, and all of them were supercars, and there was initially a lot of options on the table. Maybe next time the vote comes around you can make your opinions heard, but I fear it will probably go the same way again. You should put your attention to the modding world!
A Maclaren P1 (already scheduled) is certainly more marketable (the average joe's mind being set on "the more horse power the better" and "I want to drive the same car than Chris Haris". Is it more fun? I don't think so. Mainly because it brings nothing new to the table after we get Laferrari.
The Nissan GTR is a no-brainer since we don't have any AWD. It is actually a very nice addition.
The question is more do we want a broader experience or not.
I'm not so much against the addtion of new super cars but we certainly don't need that much GT cars in the game. The all drive way too similar.
These little hothatch FF cars though are cars we can (and many of us do) own in the real world, some of us drive them every day, they can be fun and they can be interesting but none of them are particularely exceptional in any way or form. Like I said, there is nothing wrong with wanting these in the game, but you can't brand people who like the hypercars as the average joe who just wants to drive what chris harris drives, as if they are some lower form of human intelligence.. I think that is a pretty childish viewpoint in itself.
I do think there should be a wide spread of cars, and the Fiat 500 Abarth is the only FF car in the game, but it still covers that ground pretty well with the upgrade option (bringing it over 170bhp) and being so light it is pretty fast. So for sure there is room for more FF cars, but like I said that is likely to come in the form of modding.
People mention there being multiple GT cars that are not needed, while on the other hand others complain that there won't be enough GT cars to create a proper racing league. I think they have chosen very well in their car list, they lack a modern Formula 1 car, and they lack a 4WD car, those are the only major holes in the car list from my point of view.
You speak well and true, my 'friend'. I personally, like I said before, don't mind having more FWD-cars in the game, they'll be another challenge/skill to acquire, though I'll still prefer RWD cars over them. But more so, I'd like to see some AWDs. There are NONE in the game so far. :)
While I appreciate the hot hatchback class of cars, it is not a good choice for circuit racing. Fun daily drivers for sure but the last thing I would choose for competitive racing. RWD and AWD is really the only choice.
Next topic please. Yawn
