how do you turn off bloom, no matter what settings i use its like nuclear light is coming from all directions

try to press page down key ingame, it'll reduce exposure

Change post-processing effects while in-game or through options.

If you leave the post processing effects set to default you need to press page down but if you select interior PPE then it works fine and no need to adjust once you load the game. It sucks because this problem has been around since early beta and it was never fixed before V1.
Luckly there is an easy solution.

Thx people, it was really doing my head in lol,, it would be easier if they actually added this to the settings menu.
