There is not currently a way of interfacing with the server once it is up and running.
Steam Client:
Library > Tools > Assetto Corsa Dedicated Server
Install it, if hasn't been installed
Then, when you run the server, you will only see a DOS CMD window.
If you wish to alter the server settings, you need to close down the server, use the GUI to change the configs, then re launch. Though you can get a new setup prepared while the server is running, I would recommend shutting it down before exporting the new configs.
You can also choose to edit the configs manually but.....
but that is a horrible set up. i have race games that are 12 years old that have better ds set up. hope this changes. same crappy server set up in pcars. games regressing instead of progressing. in certain ways. :(
Btw, in v1.2 the devs said there will be some updates to dedicated server creation. This game update may come later this month of July or in August.
What else did you expect, a flashy graphical gui?
This update was supposed to come in early July. I don't have a real problem with devs missing deadlines, but Kunos is notorious for this.
It's like these guys speak a language no one else can understand, because their communications to the public are the poorest I've seen.
As far as any updates to the DS, I wouldn't count on it. All you're going to see from here on out are some car and track releases, while the core engine remains full of bugs and most everything else remains incomplete or missing.
Kunos might as well just move on to AC2, and do this all over again-- more bugs, a total featureless sim.

because i want to be able to look at a peice of software that has all the names of drivers on my server so if they drive like a dbag wrecker i can immediatly boot or ban them from server without sifting through a 1980's commodore style server set up. its 2015 for christ sakes.
sorry. i have turrets.
a game this is 13 years old has something this simple and easy to use. <<<
I have not looked in to all the admin abilities because I have had little need when I've setup servers in AC for private use but, you can watch other drivers from within the game. I also think with the right privelages you can boot people at will, otherwise, there are voting options.
Most of what I think you want is there.
