Spectating

Hello there, I have a question.
Is it possible to spectate a server? Like streaming the race as a caster with an TV like view

There is no special spectate mode, but between some apps and default camera controls some races are casted (by people or bots). The problem is setup, to cast you have to have a car slot, appropriate apps to help control cameras and show information, and streaming/recording in case you want to share it all.
