AC offline?

Hi.
How can I play to AC without internet connection?.

Honestly I never tried :) but not sure why it shouldn't work? Run Steam, run the game. Done. Of course, no multiplayer and the apps that connect to the internet won't work i guess.

No: Steam has an “offline” mode that allows you to access the game without being connected to the Internet. However, you will need to be connected to the Internet to download the game and any updates.

So.. you tried and it doesn't work?

Unplug the net cable from your computer or block access to internet with a firewall.
Start steam client and type your username and password.
When steam client tries to connect to internet and fails, a message window appears. Click 'start offline' or 'play offline', I don't remember exactly the words.
Done.

Or, if you're already logged in, you can just click "Steam" in the top left, then "Go Offline".

Just start Steam in Offline mode and voila
