Rolling Start

Can you have a rolling start (without Content Manager)? I've done some races in the NASCAR at Charlotte and Daytona, but I can't find an option for rolling start, so it's always a standing start, which the AIs are bad at.

Is it even possible with CSP/CM? Otherwise it's not something I've seen but maybe someone is aware of such a mod.

With CM there is a mod from Nuzzi, google his Patreon. $2.00 you get all his apps (there's a Pit Stop app, Mechanical damage, more) included is a rolling start app. Works ok, he's constantly try to improve his mods. Well worth it.
