no rain visual

hi guys, i need some help.
I have no visual effect of rain on the car or on the windshield. I have "content manager premium" the latest version 0.2.4 of CSP. I also have version 2.5 of SOL.
in the weather tab everything is activated and on SOL
in particle effects everything is activated
and in the RAINFX tab everything is activated too. did I do something wrong?

You need version 0.2.4 preview 1 to get rain. you can get it for 1 dollar on Ilja Jusupov's Patreon page.

but the problem is that a few days ago, I had rain running down the car and the windshield. I don't know what I touched that turned it off

if you had rain previously then you changed the version of your Custom Shaders Patch. CPS with rain has "preview" in the name like : "lights-patch-v0.2.3-preview211-full" for example - (BTW -Google is your friend here) .

Check if and when you downloaded your previous light patch and drop the zIp file onto CM to reinstall it. IF it was working before then you should need to do no more other than turn off CSP automatic updates as this will remove your liight patch later when a newer version of CSP is released .

Remember to activate it under both weather FX and Rain FX then you should have access to both pure config and pure weather from the right hand menu once on track - Let us know how yo udo
