Dynamic camera mode/ mod

I was wondering if there is an option to enable a dynamic camera in the game, so the camera moves when the car turns for example (a camera that tries always to show into the direction the car is moving, not the direction the front of the car is pointing at). This would be extremely usefull for drifting! And if there is not the option to do that in the game options, is there a mod for a camera like that?

is that working with 3rd person camera?
