AC super laggy and using >99% GPU

Hey guys,

I have a little issue with my game and I've been looking everywhere to try to find a solution but nothing does the job...

Okay so basically here is the problem: despite having a pretty decent computer (i5 10600KF, 16GB RAM and a Gigabyte Geforce RTX 3060) I can't run a race with 4 opponents without it being insanely laggy.

Here is what i've tried:
- lowering FPS limit to 80
- lowering overall graphic settings
- closing any app in the background

Any suggestion ? Please, this doesn't make any sense...

PS: I play in 2560×1440

Do you use steering wheel?. I had the same problem, because vibration or force feedback was the problem, and this is the cause of 99% cpu.

You should be able to run this at much higher fps. I have a i9-10850k and rtx3070 and runs this in 100fps 3440x1440 at max. I could prob go higher on the fps but i really dont see any difference and it saves some power and gpu/cpu.

My gpu is at circa 40% and CPU at 20%.

No steering wheel yet, just a regular PS4 controller with DS4.exe running

Close to max, i think i lowered shadows a little.
