G29 not working only on AC SOLVED
I don't know why it'isn't working, on other game like F1 2021 or FH5 it's work perfectly but not on AC.

I've played AC on pc for almost 2 years and I never had this problem.
I've also see a few poeple reporting a similar problem as mine so I guess the problem is probably form Logitech Ghub or directly from AC.

Thanks to everyone who will try to help me fix my issu

What I did to make my G29 alive on AC:

go to the Steam settings,
Controller,
General controller settings,
and uncheck everything.

If it work for you, you will be like me: really happy to replay AC for hours and hours

Thanks to SecretOne and The18thFret for taking some time to try helping me.

Have you tried turning of controllers in
Steam > Settings > Controllers > General Controller Settings

You should be running either Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) or Logitech gaming hub (GHUB) and have one of them running before you start AC. I use LGS.

What you do is first you run LGS, then connect your G29 and confirm it is connected in LGS. Then you calibrate and configure your wheel in LGS.

THEN you start AC and you do the basic wheel calibration wizard.

Then you race.

It's not as simple as just connecting your wheel via USB and starting AC. it's not just plug and play you have to do things in the right order.

I've done what you say, launch LGS or GHUB then see if my wheel is connected and calibrate & configure it and finally start AC.
But it's didn't work. I can see in Content Manager that I press on the gaz and brake pedal and that I move the wheel but when I start a race, a practise session nothing happen.

I have this problem for probably a month or more and it really annoye me to not be able to play my favourite game.

Thank you for trying to help me.

Steam detect no controller so I guess the problem isn't from Steam.
I aslo try to solve my problem by using your 2 link to other people's problem but it didn't work.

Maybe try...
Unplug wheel.
Uninstall your wheel software.
Restart computer.
Install the wheel software.
Plug in your wheel.
Then you will need to configure it in the wheel software and then in the game.

I already try this. I don't know how many time I already uninstall Ghub and reinstall it. I've also try so many time to configure my pedals and whell in content manager but it didn't work.

I've also try to configure my wheel from AC (launch the game from Steam) but my game freeze or have a infinite loading screen when he load my cars.

Maybe it is Content Manager that is causing the issue as that is what I have seen from other peoples complaints.
Maybe uninstall Content Manager to see if you can get back you in game controls.

I am only throwing out suggestions for you to try.

I do not have a G29 or use Content Manager so I cannot test.
I have a G27 with the LGS software not GHUB and as said I do not use Content Manager, I have no issues with AC, ACC, iRacing, R3R or rFactor2 but that is a bit like comparing chalk and cheese.

It didn't work to rename my wheel in Content Manager.
My problem can only come from Content manager because on other game my wheel work fine.
