there's a lot of free bike mods out there. All you have to do is download them, set up a race with Ai and drive away. Not sure how accurate it is to actual RL bike racing though but the mods are out there if you wanna give it a try

The developers should add Bugatti to the main game and maybe my VW Golf 8, so I can train with it better.

But, heads up, have you seen how old the game is by now and that lierally no changes have been done to it since several years.

The focus of Kunos was lately with AC Competitione, which is btw. not a successor of AC, but now AC Evo has been announced, which is the successor.
