I have a similar issue, this is my error while trying to use CSP in 64-bit with Content Manager:

You can "fix" it with forcing the game in 32-bit mode (Options; General settings), but then CSP obviously won't work.

I've tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling all VCredist versions (32 and 64 bit), checking the files for integrity but nothing worked except for the "force 32-bit" mode.

But if you force it on 32bits, you won't be able to use some mods for example custom shaders and real head motion

No, I didn't. I tried everything possible that i could find, but I've lost count of what i tried. I'll fresh install windows at some point, but I don't have the time right now for my studies. :(

If somebody else finds a solution though, I'll be more than happy to try it.

I found the solution I think, just go to windows defender and go to virus protection go to ransomware protection there you go to manage ransomware protection allow an app through access to controlled folders there you add Content Manager and assetto corsa
