Create a server without TCP UDP ports
Hello friends, I have a problem creating a server. I can't configure my router using IP, as I don't have access to the router's settings. I don't know if the provider blocked user access, and the static IP is a lot expensive, however I can't configure the TCP + UDP ports. Is there any possibility of creating a server without using these TCP + UDP ports?

Most routers allow access, even dynamic IP routers, as they have for me over the last 20 years. Just to make sure you could try this, check your network icon in the system tray/network setting in the control panel. Go to properties and look up the IP gateway address. Copy those numbers to your web browser and see if there is web access. You will get a web portal, which will require a password. If not, then your only solution to hosting a server is out of the window. Unless you are willing to use a better internet provider, a static server based on the internet, or a VPN with a static server IP address,.

You dont need static IP to host, but you need >external< IP. Chances are you are on ISPs internal network, sharing one address with a bunch of other people which is why ports are unavilable to be changed.
Some ISPs offer external IPs for smaller fee than static (i bought mine for literally a dollar 1 time fee), but its rarely ever advertised as the number of IPs is limited.

Other option would be to rent a server, basic one for only few people is pretty cheap.

There is also possibility of using VPN like service, zero tier one or hamachi of old etc. (there are likely newer services these days) that allows you to create a virtual lan network, with its own IP addresses and ports that is accessible for anyone also on the network.
